Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine

Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) helps us understand why your pet is unwell by identifying patterns of imbalance rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms. We take into account factors such as energy level, digestion, sleep quality, coat condition, behavior, and even sensitivity to weather or seasonal changes.

During a TCVM assessment, we integrate tongue and pulse evaluation (when in person or supported through records/photos), detailed history, and existing medical findings to identify patterns such as heat, cold, deficiency, or stagnation. Based on this, we may recommend acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, and food therapy to gently guide the body back toward balance.

Dr. Eva holds a Graduate Diploma in Chinese Veterinary Herbal Medicine and brings extensive clinical experience applying these formulas in animals with chronic conditions, ranging from dermatologic issues to mobility challenges. Our focus is to reduce discomfort, strengthen resilience, and support long-term vitality through a thoughtful, integrative approach aligned with natural care preferences.
